These terms set out the basis on which Wexar ("we", "us", or "our") makes its planning templates, toolkits, and bespoke planning model deliverables available to you. By accessing or purchasing any of our resources, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them before proceeding.
1. Who We Are

2. Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to:
- The Capacity Planning Template (single-seat information resource);
- The Planning Toolkit (team-based scenario-building tool, up to ten users);
- The Bespoke Planning Model (one-off tailored deliverable).
They do not apply to any third-party platforms, services, or integrations you may use alongside our resources.
3. Access and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the relevant resource for your own internal planning and operational purposes. The scope of access is limited to the number of users stated at the time of purchase.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share access credentials with users outside your stated scope;
- Modify and republish our materials as your own;
- Use the resources for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law or these terms.
4. Bespoke Deliverables
Where you have engaged us for a bespoke planning model, delivery is governed by a separate written scope agreed at the outset of the engagement. We will notify you of any material changes to scope or timeline as they arise. Ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are confirmed at the point of purchase or in your engagement agreement. We reserve the right to update prices for future orders; existing confirmed orders are not affected.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our resources are information products delivered digitally, we are generally unable to offer refunds once access has been provided or a deliverable has been shared. If you believe there is a material error in what was delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will review your concern in good faith.
For bespoke engagements, cancellation terms will be set out in your individual agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, toolkits, documentation, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Wexar unless explicitly transferred in writing. Your purchase grants a right of use, not ownership of the underlying content or methodology, except where transfer is confirmed for bespoke deliverables as described in clause 4.
8. Accuracy of Information
Our resources are prepared to support informed internal planning discussions. They are informational tools, not substitutes for professional engineering assessments, financial projections, or other specialist advice. We do not represent that any outputs generated using our resources will be accurate or suitable for your specific context.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wexar's total liability to you in connection with any resource or engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that resource or engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our materials.
10. Data and Privacy
Information you provide during purchase or engagement is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). We do not sell your information to third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our resources after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
