Choose the Scope
That Fits Your Team
Wexar offers three structured resources for AI compute capacity planning. All three share the same grid-based framework. The difference is scope — from a single-seat template to a bespoke model built around your organisation's specific questions.
Back to HomepageHow Wexar Resources Are Structured
Every Wexar resource is built on the same underlying planning grid. This section explains what that means in practice before you review the individual options.
Assumption Collection
Start by documenting the planning assumptions driving your compute estimates — workload types, utilisation targets, peak demand windows.
Matrix Construction
Populate the capacity matrix — rows for workload categories, columns for parameters. Each cell ties to a stated assumption, keeping figures traceable.
Scenario Comparison
Build multiple scenarios by varying key assumptions. Compare side by side to support planning discussions and procurement decisions.
Summary Export
Produce a structured summary suited for stakeholder review, vendor conversations, or board briefings — without reformatting the working document.
Capacity Planning Template
RM 515 · single seat
A well-documented template that helps teams structure compute capacity assumptions for AI workloads, presented as an information tool. Aimed at planners and engineering leads who need a working document to organise assumptions before moving into infrastructure conversations.
What's Included
- The planning template in a structured, editable format
- Step-by-step usage guide explaining each parameter
- Three worked examples across different workload types
- Single-seat licence — for one planner or lead
Process Steps
Purchase and receive the template files and guide by email.
Work through the guide to understand each section before populating the matrix.
Enter your team's workload assumptions and generate a planning summary.
Use the worked examples as reference if you need to check your approach on unfamiliar parameters.
Best for: Individual planners or engineering leads preparing an initial AI workload estimate.
Request This ResourcePlanning Toolkit
RM 1,650 · up to 10 users
An interactive toolkit for building and comparing capacity scenarios across planning assumptions, supporting internal discussions. Suited to teams preparing plans together — where multiple people need to view, contribute to, and export from the same planning document.
What's Included
- Full planning toolkit with scenario-building features
- Saved scenario functionality for comparison across planning sessions
- Export options for sharing outside the planning team
- Team toolkit licence — up to ten named users
- Full usage guide covering all features
Process Steps
Purchase and receive access credentials for up to ten team members.
Set up the baseline scenario using your team's agreed starting assumptions.
Build alternative scenarios by varying key parameters and saving each version.
Use the comparison view to prepare for planning sessions and export summaries for stakeholder review.
Best for: Planning teams of two to ten people preparing infrastructure proposals or internal AI roadmaps.

Bespoke Planning Model
RM 4,550 · one-off deliverable
A tailored capacity-planning model prepared around your organisation's stated questions, delivered as a structured information resource. Suited to teams that need a custom artefact — where the standard template parameters do not map cleanly onto a specific deployment context.
What's Included
- Discovery session to understand your organisation's planning questions
- A planning model built around your stated workloads and parameters
- Handover documentation prepared for independent use
- One-off deliverable — no ongoing licence or subscription
Process Steps
Initial enquiry via the contact form — describe your planning context and the questions you are working through.
Discovery session (typically 60–90 minutes) to document workload types, planning constraints, and key assumptions.
Model build — we construct the planning grid around your specific parameters, typically delivered within two to three weeks.
Handover session and documentation delivery. Post-delivery support window of 30 days for questions on the model.
Best for: Organisations with complex or non-standard AI deployments that need a planning model matching their specific context.
